Makeup N' Mayhem

So finally I get to do another blog update, my life has been pretty hectic, but I have my makeup video done and you can watch it above. *note this was just for fun and I am not good at applying makeup especially using my webcam as reference, not to mention I can't see well without my glasses ^^

I know I was going to elaborate on my doll sized travel kit, but unfortunately that will have to move till next time.  I still have been unable to find time to open it.  For now were going to move on to other things.  Just today I received my madoka figure in the mail.
I originally had the figma, but couldn't bond so I sold it and bought this figure instead, I'm very pleased with it.  Incase you didn't know madoka has a manga as well and it's a lot cheaper to read the series through manga right now then it would be to buy each dvd set.  Food for thoughts ;p. 

 I have also purchased some Little Twin Stars things recently: a towel set, new mouse pad, and a file folder.  I will be sharing these with you when the file folder arrives ^^.

Very soon I will be starting my Japanese studies!  Finally I can play my Japanese Cd rom on my computer, apparently I needed a dvd drive and only had a older cd rom drive.  Now my computer can even play dvds ^o^.




Onto the doll updates.  I was able to purchase a body for my dollfie dream head finally!  My cd matured and I was able to take some money out for the basic doll and save the rest.  On arrival the completed dollfie dream became Shia-San from Pita ten, and I decided to do some of the cast, as well as keep the basic head for misha and use the body I have for her, selling my escalayer head who used to use that body *confusing? sorryX.x

The Pita Ten dolls will follow the projecto banners just like I do for Cardcaptor Sakura, which btw hasn't had any updates of yet but her clothes are being worked on.  Misha also has a special outfit that will fit her personality ordered for her and working on ordering the custom eyes and wig.

Before I head out for today I wanted to go over my swap results from Christmas! *Yes I didn't forget!* I will post a photo for my anime group swap result.

For my doll meet swap I actually got a very nice volks wig!  Maybe next time I will show you since I have a few new volks wigs of late.

Ah so another new year! I haven't been feeling like blogging of late but I finally decided what the hey xD, not really sure how many people read my crazy shenanigans anyway. Feel free to post a comment so I know someone out there is reading this XD. 

      So lets see here for Christmas I got a boatload of things, I'll name some, but the list will get tediously long if I name to many.  I received my new doll a vmf 50 Karura, which is a limited edition vmf collab with real art project.  She is the 1st collab limited they did so she was a bit pricey.  I also got other things such as 2 anime dvd sets, new makeup set, a new manga, clothes, some necklaces, a keyboard, a new phone decal set, a Japanese relaxation cd, some berry blue earphones, a Japanese Immersion set for learning the language, a new Jewelry box, Gourmet popcorn set and etc etc.

From friends I received a cute pink cat bag from the con I went to with my friend Jen, a Cardcaptor Sakura cd from my friend ErsaFlora, my friend Alina in Denmark knitted me some things for my doll, *which was a total surprise*, and some friends I still need to exchange with XD.  After all that though I did actually see my boyfriend on Christmas and everything went alright.

           As for the new year I am still going to treatment for my spine and slowly recovering, though I still deal with constant dizziness and can not get in the shower without someone nearby to be there in case I fall or such.  At times the days are bad and I have to sleep a lot but sometimes I can get out and enjoy myself.  Just recently I went shopping and enjoyed a Chinese buffet.  We went to Burlington, and Target and places like that and I bought some new makeup brushes, and this adorable long over sweater with fur trim around the collar.  I even got a new makeup game for my DU DU DUM!  Nintendo Dsi I just ordered!  Going to hold off on the laptop for a bit till I can save more money for one.

   
Thankfully my mishap with my msd doll I ordered was just the site having errors and she was ordered alright.  Little Monica apologized and assured me.  I've been selling a lot recently not to buy other dolls but to buy a couple more things before I start to pay back my mother more, she is an angel and lends me money at times.  I'm currently offering dvds on facebook at $5.00 a piece with free shipping if you buy 2 or more and are located in the USA, I also have freebie pages for if you spend 10 dollars or more!  I also currently am selling things on amazon, for my amazon store go here *My Amazon Store*

~Harsh Reality~

So my title, Harsh Reality is about the craziness and mayhem that has been happening to me of late. About a week ago Friday night, I was talking on the phone to my friend Morgan when my back suddenly cracked aloud when I moved to the right. Since then my life has been turned upside down, I've had extreme dizziness everyday all the time, on and off nausea everyday, and back problems to wear I cant lay on my back or stoop down very well. I also get upper stomach cramps on occasion that are evil and don't dismiss when I eat to try to make them leave. I've been seeing a chiropractor pretty much about twice a week since that night. I'm also going to have to see a ear/nose/throat doctor soon to be tested for ear infections (My ears have been hurting recently so I'm kinda worried).  *My photo to the left, was taken before going to a knit meetup this past Wednesday,  the first place I've been able to go since my incident besides the chiropractor.*  This past weekend has also been a nightmare, my dog went to the vet for a shot she already had apparently and we lost the paperwork, my dad ended up getting dizzy and going to the doctor then the emergency room, our electricity was out alot of the morning, just one thing after the other.  I'm probably not even going to see my boyfriend this xmas. *tear*

 

               Besides all that crap, my computer needs more memory and I'm getting sick of deleteing photos I want to keep to get new ones, and making room for tiny video clips is getting close to impossible.  So I've been planning to look into laptops after Christmas!  Nothing to expensive but something I can call my own at least!  I am mostly interested in either a macbook or a dell with good battery time, a cd rom to play games/ watch dvds, be able to get online and such. I already comprized a wishlist on amazon.com ^^

Dealing with the pain and misery of late has been tough, I wanted to thank my friends and especially my mother for getting me through all this shit.  My puppy also has been cheering me up lately, its hard to look at that little puffball and not cheer up some.  Also on the bright side I can do some little things like empty the top of the dishwasher, get the mail, and I helped my mother wrap some more gifts using a box so I didnt have to bend all the way down to wrap them, which actually works pretty well.  I won't let this stop me.
This past sunday I was actually able to get out for a little!  My mum and I went to a cute Japanese place for lunch and got some hibachi meals, green tea and eel and avacado sushi to share.  Then we did some light shopping at places like the dollar tree, fashion bug, and then altmeyers and target.  It was alot of fun and I was allowed to pick some things as well as help my mum buy for other people.

So onto doll news, I am placing an order for my newest doll either tomarrow or the next day.  She will be a Little Monica Irin msd girl.  I already have a wig coming for her and I have the eyes picked out I want and outfit, which I will order more likely once she ships unless I have the money sooner.  Little Monica is starting a sale soon so I would reccomend looking into them.  Besides that I recently got some more eraser props for my dolls and a cute travel set!  More info on the travel set soon ^^.

I'm not sure if this will be my last post before Christmas or not but I'll say Merry Christmas or Happy Holidays to all of you who read/share/follow me I hope you have a great one.  So long for now ^^ *poofs* 

food n' tunes

So I don't normally do this, but yesterday was a special day.  My mum came home early from work to take care of some things due to my aunt's passing, and I was depressed and she told me we were getting Arby's and going to eat lunch together before she left!

 So yay food!  I was so hyped, I got to try the new peppermint stick swirl shake *say that 5 times fast whew* there thin sliced turkey sandwich with cheese, and of course its not Arby's without some curly fries to share!

I finally got done some of my Christmas wrapping *I start earlier then this usually* just the presents for my mum and dad.  I am still waiting for my boyfriend's 2nd gift to arrive, already exchanged with my friend Jen, and have left to wrap my friend Danielle's gift along with my Gift Swap from the doll group I attend. Full of Stuffing!

Well well! I've had quite the busy time of late. Thus, bringing up my title Full of Stuffing! Indeed I am full of stuffing having 2 turkey dinners, one on Wednesday at my boyfriends house, and one at home on Thursday.   On Thanksgiving I was able to try green bean casserole and found it superb, I also tried some sweet potatoes and cranberries and wasn't to fond of those. At my house we made our special barbecue baked beans with bacon bits that my aunt used to make. Both houses however, had a great meal in their own ways. 

 So back to the Weekend Previous, the anime convention KuroKiiro 2012 was alot of fun.  My friend Jennifer and I attended on Saturday and I made some crazy video clips and took some awesome photos.  Once there finished I will add them below.  However for now I will just tell you while having a small dealers room, the con had alot of nice people and we got to attend a few panels like shounen history, and name that tune.  We grabbed a bite to eat at subway for lunch and almost got lost going back to the con but all in all it was a fun experience.  You'll note some pics I am squinting, the sun was in my eyes and I dont have a high sun in my eyes tolerance XD.

On the following Sunday I went to a Christmas craft show nearby with my mum.  We first went to a Japanese restaurant in the mall and ordered a delicious hibachi including:  ginger root salad, clear soup, rice, soba noodles,mixed vegetable with 2 shrimp on top, chicken and a variety of dipping sauces.  Mum also ordered us a shrimp asparagus sushi roll with our meal.  At the craft show there were tons of aisles full of goodies,  I found a cute doll sized papillon dog and brought it home.  We also got a lighted decoration of a Christmas scene with a house a gazebo and snow, some holiday treats like cinnamon glazed pecans and more!  At the show we also got to talk to cat sense where we originally got our cats from!  It was amazing they still remembered the cats we got from them and I picked out a toy for each cat, all the money being donated to cat sense charity to help find pets new homes and provide necessities like food.  I didn't forget my dog either her birthday is coming up on December 15th and I bought her a bow wow birthday set ^^.  It's so cute its this large bone shaped dog cookie with white icing and rainbow sprinkles, it comes with a birthday candle and a birthday bandana for your dog!  I will show her opening it when her birthday arrives ^^.

So back again to more recent, while spending time with my boyfriend we saw 2 good movies.  The first one he picked it was about Abraham Lincoln being a vampire slayer XD, I just pretend its not a president and I'm okay, I would def recommend seeing it if you like vampires and nonstop action.  We also saw the Grudge 2, which I saw the Grudge one up till then.  Scary as usual the Grudge movies never dissapoint me, I would reccomend having a strong adversion to horror movies to watch these they can get pretty nasty.

So onward then to today!  I had kung pao chicken for lunch and we did some Christmas shopping!  The main shopping however is tomarrow but I was able to get a massage to loosen up my aching muscles then a stop by Glitter! where I picked up a few things for a dollar including this amazing new nail polish with blue shimmers.  We stopped by miss field's for one of there delicious milk chocolate chip cookies, then to Ulta and back home.

We went home to make sure the dog was fed and all the time we spent looking around the mall it was now around dinner time. 

We went back out and went to this cute little Mexican place near where we wanted to shop a place called Tuesday Morning.  The restaurant is called Rey Azteca and they give you reasonable prices for delicious food.

Whew so like I said alotttt going on, I will be adding the pictures to go with this post soon but I don't have them all sorted yet so I put those captions to hold space in the meantime.

So a few more things I have for you before I have to sign out.

The wig I had on preorder has finally shipped but it claims I have to be home and if I miss it, it will go back to the company!  Talk about freaking someone out.  My eyes I ordered are also supposed to arrive soon so I'm excited about that as well.
