Bday Spendings + Day Trip Fun!

Hey welcome back to my blog! This edition *I know this is not a damn daily prophet kudos hp fans!* I will be discussing my Birthday and what I spent my Birthday money on ^^. I'm also going to introduce my Lieselotte finished, and tell you about my day trips I've been taking lately and other random tidbits and such! 

So lets get started shall we?  I have been so excited because I was able to order some awesome anime stuff lately!  That would be Including the Arcade Limited set of Miku Hatsune's Project Diva for PSP!  I have been wanting this game for a long time so I am crazy happy I finally was able to order one.  It will probably take a while coming from Japan, but good things come to those who wait.  I also ordered the K-On first season which if you want K-On I recommend you do too before it goes out of stock everywhere.  

 
Besides anime, I ordered my dog a pink Litey Leash, It's really cool it lights up and can flash or do still lights, not only is it pretty but it can be a safer way if you walk your dogs in the evening.  Amazon has the best prices for the Litey Leashes if you want a pretty color if you don't care about colors then I would recommend ebay. I am using some of my money to pay for a faceup for my new Bambicrony Ellen msd, and use most of the remainder most likely to get the sword hands I need.  Besides the main

Bday money from my dad, I recieved 40, 20 each from my aunt Bonnie and aunt Martha.  I used that to get a ticket for Kennywood which i'm going this Monday with my friend Chyanne who also happens to be an amazing hair stylist at Regis Salon. The money left after paying for the ticket will be spent on stuff at the park.

So to finish this off I just wanted to mention the day trips I have been going on, and the awesome little free gifts I got from this one etsy order.  The friday before my Birthday me and my mum went up to the town of Ligonier for the day.  I would definitely recommend checking it out if your near PA especially if you like things from the past.  Ligonier is a adorable quaint little town with an old fashion barber shop, and lots of smaller specialty stores and places to eat made from buildings that used to be peoples homes!  We ate inside this one place for lunch that looks like a Victorian esk house.  All the food I tried there was homemade and excellent.  A lot of the places around had free samples too.  I picked up some books while there about mythology and one called Zen Heart which seems very interesting to me.  So all in all that was a great day.

Another trip we took was this past Saturday to an arts and heritage festival.  We went in the evening and there was tons of craft vendors around and food stalls with fresh delicacies.  I tried the Pad Thai for my dinner and it was excellent, noodles with vegetables and cooked tofu in a spicy sauce.  This is of course America so the portion was pretty huge.  They even had an American Girl doll booth and I picked up some sunglasses for my bjds *there slightly big but my dollfie dreams can make them work*.  Before leaving there was a cute little booth for dogs and I naturally had to pick up my pooch some gourmet treats ^^.  She deserved them, after having to get groomed earlier in the day.  Before we went home we stopped in a cute midway shopping center, my mum got her dinner there and I got to go to the Cold Stone Creamery!  I am telling you if you never went to one before you must!  While there I ordered a small milk and cookies milkshake and even my mum had to admit it was delicious!  It was my first time and I'd love to go back.  Warning there sizes are weird marked as things like, gotta have it, and like it etc XD

Freaken awesome freebies I got: Pink lace doll stockings, Rose headband, ocean pretty pen, silly Vitamin Ball pen, and a milk pocky keychain!

Fae & Goodbye to my Sensei

Heylahoo! I am back from Florida Anime Experience 2013!  As per usual my life gets crazy and I finally get around to making another blog segment later then sooner, but you all love me right? RIGHT?!  Aherm.....so first I will go on about my vacation/con.  It was from the 21st to 26th of may, and this was my 2nd year of attending FAE.  I have to admit the dealers room was more of a disappointment this year and a lot better last year.  That being said I still had an amazing time!  I met my long time online friend Tara there and we had a blast!  Following this will be my photo album of my vacation/con as well as a picture of the main con goodies I purchased!  Plus a little info about the maid cafe extra pass!  *click photo to enter album*

 *Note I started to get into Lolita Fashion!  This is my first ever Lolita dress!*

I also got some autographs at the con, Maile Flanagan who voice acts Naruto *this was for my boyfriend* and Cassandra Lee signed my K-On Poster and got a photo with me!

  This was the maids at Cafe Peko Peko which was an extra ticket seperate from the con.  I paid to get my photo with one of the maids Tay Tay who also happened to be the maid for the table I was sitting at.  They served cupcakes and poured us tea, we even played games and got to watch the maids dance for us to Japanese music.  Besides the poster Cassandra also gave us a postcard photo with her sig on it ^^.

 

Finally before we returned home, we stopped in the Sanrio store in the airport!

I of course have looked forward to this since I discovered it last time I went to Florida.

I bought a few things: A my melody pencil zipper pouch, tiny my melody boxes, and a my melody soap dispenser KAwaii!

Before I head out, I wanted to say a farewell to Mariko Sensei.  After much thought I decided to sell her and she will be shipped out this weekend to her new home.  It's not all sad news though, I have 3 new dolls that I'm waiting on ^^, for more info click on my doll tracker. My night at Brianne's

Ah welcome back ^^, this post is all about my night at Brianne's.  Brianne is a good friend of mine I met at doll club.  last doll club I came over her house afterwards, and we had a lot of fun.  We went into her doll room and worked on my mariko's neck, *she has a small dot stain* we saw the kitties, *she has 3!*  and watched anime til early in the morning!
I crashed in her guestroom around 3:30 am, I was exhausted X.x

In the morning we got up semi early and had some breakfast while going online.  I corrupted her with some Dr. Tran youtube videos XP.  P.S. If you haven't seen Dr. Tran you need to go on youtube and look them up asap! XD trust me.  Anyway, before we headed back to my place, saw my dog, and had a fantastic Japanese lunch at Tsuki, we took doll pics! This is one of the few photo stories i've ever done and I am not so good at it.  I will try to do more in the future anywho......

~Lieselottes homecoming/ Sales n' Shoppin~

  The day has finally come, Lieselotte is home ^^.  This is her before picture she will be going to the fabulous Vitta Vera for a new makeover.  I do love this makeup, but it is not right for the character I am making her into.  The lips will be not as thick and the eye makeup will be less dark.  Thats all I will say about it for now though ^^.  After she is done her name will be granted, in this picture she is wearing the default wig I chose for her, and a cute outfit I bought from her seller.  Her eyes will also be changed once she is completed.

Besides my girl's homecoming, I have been doing some shopping and selling, a whole lot of selling lately thanks to awesome people on facebook!  I know without them I wouldn't be able to spoil my girls and boys as much you rock! 

Before I continue I wanted to take a minute to acknowledge my other new doll Makoto Shishidou, she is a Ntdoll Crystal.  I did do box opening pictures and was going to make a post on her originally, however there was an accident.  I was changing Makoto's regular feet to her high heeled ones, and couldn't get the hook into the one foot.  This made me angry and I stupidly took the hemostat off which was clamping it.  The hook was going into the leg and with only a split seconds thought I reached for it and it went right into my finger....
After I eventually was able to twitch my finger enough to get the hook to slide off it, I was bleeding pretty badly and couldn't continue the box opening.  I do however plan to get her profile up in the my dolls section soon.

Okay so back to my sales and buying ^^. As a thank you to all recent customers when I went shopping after Tekkoshocon I picked up some bags of Asian Candy! I have baked goods, jelly candies, and some hard soda pop flavored ones! Here they are shown below, though I am now running low on the baked goods yummy!

*~Kawaii Convention Days~*!

Soooooo much to talk about lets see. Before I go into the details about Tekkoshocon X-2, I am going to do the dolly updates. I have officially acquired a Lieselotte! She is almost paid off and will be shipped soon to me. I also have several dolly things coming in as I was able to make more money then originally thought. Thankfully I was able to sell my tan vmf 50 girl, she is a Yumi and I was able to find a wonderful new home for her.

On to Tekko! I had an amazing time, I stayed over my friends Heather and Liz's house starting on Thursday, and Left the con close to Lunch on Sunday!  Basically this was the longest I was able to stay at a con so far.  We stayed till closing each night even! I cosplayed on Friday as Integra from Hellsing *I did o-kay* and Rin from Inu-yasha which I liked alot more ^^. l still need to get ahold of my friend Barb who has an outfit of mine and me of hers *long story* and I'm missing a boot XD.  Otherwise I came out pretty unscathed minus of course my feet being all cut up X.x

The con was amazing though ^^ I made alot of friends and lost like 4-5 pounds in the process of all the running around XD.  A huge thanks to Barb for letting us use her hotel room at times to rest , get changed, and chill out.  It made everything so much easier.

Also want to mention that on Friday & Saturday I was a table bunny for PandaChan aka my friend Amanda in the artist alley.

Okay so on to my goodies XP. I got a lot of cool things at Tekko this year I'd say, no dvds but I have so many I still need to open its sad XD.  A big thanks to Heather for the llama Plushie as my early Bday gift, and Barb for lending me a little cash so I could get the mini moon satchel backpack!  The other items purchased includes a figure from rewrite, 2 bjd doll sweaters, and a cake charm for a necklace ^^.

 I am going to FAE 2013!
I didn't know if I would be able to make it again this year, but luckily we were able to make our vacation around the con again!
So excited! This year the voice actress for Kyubey will be there! I am going to get her autograph ^^

For other peoples interests, the voice actress for Naruto is going to be the guest of honor this year. I am going to be wearing cute lolita and taking alot of pics ^^.  I have an order placed, rushed shipping purchased, and just recieved notice my lolita outfit should be done this week ^^. *I needed custom sizing as my bust is just a wee bit to big*   
 The company accidentally made my waist measurement to big X.x 97 instead of 79 cm, so they are sending it back for a hopefully quick fix X.x 

In other new updates I just found out,
I was able to order maid cafe tickets early.  The con is only accepting so many people each day because there is limited space! 

Whew okay so it's taking a while to work on this, the wedding shower updates will be posted in a new post of there own when I have the time.

~On to the Cardcaptor Sakura Updates!~ So the wonderful person from sewing box designs *found in my affiliates link on the home page* is now doing my costumes for Sakura.  All my trades for them have failed so I decided to suck it up and pay for them this time.  I am getting done a yukata, a dress, and a school girl outfit.  The person who works there is very nice and very helpful, I have received a fitting toil in the mail to make sure everything fits perfectly!  They have all my fabric and are just waiting for the toil to come back, which I'll mail back tomarrow.~

I already have some important updates I want to go over in my blog so ta dah a post!

First off and most importantly *well to me* is my saving for a volks Lieselotte ^^.  I will update my tracker most likely *as long as I can find its password* as I continue to save and put the blood, sweat, tears into my sales to bring this lovely child home.  

 The dolls that have been sold and will be updated to the Lost never Forgotten page are as follows: Dollfie Dream Escalayer, Dollfie Dream Sakuno, and Angell Studio's Qinglin. As well as I'm expecting my newest

dolly an NT Crystal by the end of April, so excited about that ^O^. 

 As in other news I bought myself something for once! *well besides doll things and anime*

Its a little Alpaca coin purse ^^.  It seems the Alpaca's are getting popular in Lolita wear today, and I may be getting a Lolita Outfit to wear to FAE *Florida Anime Experience*  That is as long as my health holds up.  The past week I have been suffering from extreme nausea and I barely have the desire to eat anymore.  I had some nachoes and salsa and mexican rice the one night and that was really the only thing I cared about eating XD.

However, I am seeing the doctor this Monday and as long as it isn't anything serious we should be able to book our Florida get away, Heres hoping ><. This blog post was short, but sometimes I may do shorter ones more often. Hope you all are doing well and enjoy your day! See ya ^^
